Tuna or Salmon Salad

Drain canned tuna/salmon and place in a small bowl. Generously sprinkle with MISTY BAY or CAJUN SENSATION, add mayonnaise, diced green onion, and squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Options: diced bell pepper, chopped celery, shredded carrots, diced red onion. Mix together and serve on crackers, bread or lettuce.
